Payment Terms
We make significant operational and financial commitments to plan your trip. For this reason, the following trip payment terms apply.
1. Deposit – A minimum 20% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. This deposit is partially refundable under the conditions outlined below.
2. Remaining Balance – The remaining 80% balance must be paid in cash (PHP) on the day of your trip, prior to departure. Failure to settle the remaining balance may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of the deposit.
3. Date Changes – You may reschedule your booking up to 7 days before departure free of charge. Only one free date change is permitted per booking. Additional changes may incur fees. Changes made within 7 days of departure are subject to a 10% change fee (based on total trip cost). All changes are subject to availability.
4. Cancellations – Cancellations made 14 days or more before departure: → Refund of 10% of the total trip cost (50% of deposit). Cancellations made within 14 days of departure: → Deposit is non-refundable. All refunds exclude payment processing fees.
5. Weather & Force Majeure -If a trip is cancelled or cannot proceed due to: Unsafe weather or sea conditions / Government restrictions / Natural events or other circumstances beyond our control. You will be offered: to reschedule, or a deposit refund minus payment processing fees (up to 5%).
6. No-Show Policy – Failure to arrive at the agreed meeting point at the specified time will be treated as a no-show. In this case: The deposit is non-refundable. The booking is considered forfeited.
7. Late arrivals – Trips operate on fixed schedules. Late arrivals may: Miss departure / Be treated as a no-show. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
8. Payment processing fees – All refunds are subject to non-recoverable payment processing fees charged by third-party providers.
9. Environmental and Entrance Fees
Trips exclude environmental fees. Guests are responsible for payment of all applicable environmental, eco-tourism, and site-specific entrance fees required by local authorities. These fees are subject to change without prior notice and are controlled by the relevant municipal or tourism bodies.
Estimated Fees
As a guide only, current environmental fees are approximately:
- El Nido: PHP 400 per person (valid for multiple days)
- Coron: PHP 200 per person (additional site fees may apply)
- Linapacan: PHP 200 per person
These amounts are indicative and may vary at the time of travel.
10. Taxes – All prices are listed in Philippine Peso (PHP) and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
Agreement – By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these Payment Terms. These terms should be read alongside our Trip Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
