Trip Payment Terms
We make significant operational and financial commitments to plan your trip. For this reason, the following trip payment terms apply.
Deposit – A partially refundable 20% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
Remaining Balance – The remaining 80% of the total trip cost is payable in cash (PHP) on the day of your trip prior to departure.
Date Changes – You may reschedule your booking up to 7 days before departure free of charge. Date changes made within 7 days of departure are subject to a 10% change fee based on the total trip cost. All date changes are subject to availability.
Cancellations – Cancellations made 14 days or more before the trip date will receive a deposit refund equivalent to 10% of the total trip cost. Cancellations made within 14 days of the trip date, the deposit is non-refundable.
Weather & Force Majeure – If the trip is cancelled or postponed due to unsafe weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a refund of your deposit minus payment processing fees (5%).
No-Show Policy – Failure to arrive at the agreed pickup location or time will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.
Taxes – All listed prices already include applicable taxes.
